Thank you for shopping with Cibcity. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver customer orders.

1. Order Processing Time / Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Our business days are Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are significant delays, we will notify you by email.

2. Delivery Time

The total time to receive your order is calculated as:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated Shipping Time / Transit Time:

United States: 6–9 business days
United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 6–9 business days
Other international destinations: 7–12 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

For most orders to the United States, the total estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days, including order processing time and shipping time.

For orders to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, the total estimated delivery time is usually 7–12 business days.

For other international destinations, the total estimated delivery time is usually 8–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We do not charge additional handling fees or hidden shipping fees.

4. Shipping Methods & Tracking

We work with trusted logistics and fulfillment partners to help ensure reliable delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, where tracking is available.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been shipped.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping to many countries.

Please note:

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees
These charges are determined by your local customs authorities
Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country or region

Cibcity does not collect or control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If you have questions about customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete, accurate, and up to date at the time of checkout.

Cibcity is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cibcity.com. We will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or dispatched.

7. Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Damaged items
Missing items
Incorrect items
Incorrect delivery status
Lost or delayed packages

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We will review the issue and assist you in finding a suitable resolution in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at hello@cibcity.com so we can help review the situation.

Please note that delivery investigations may require additional time depending on the carrier or logistics provider.
