Refund policy

At Cibcity, we aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent return and refund process. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below before requesting a return.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required

Non-Returnable Items

Items specifically marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions

Important:
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Returns must be sent only after approval and must follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including but not limited to:

Items returned in a used, worn, or damaged condition not caused by our error
Returns missing original packaging, tags, labels, or included accessories
Returns that do not fully meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before a refund is posted

8. Exchanges

We offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@cibcity.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.

If an exchange is approved, we will provide further instructions.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
